The price payable for tickets is as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Tickets will typically be available for collection at a designated location prior to the event. You must collect your tickets from the specified address at the advised time and provide valid proof of identification.
In some cases, tickets may be distributed via post, email, or other approved methods. In such cases, only the billing address or email address provided at the time of purchase will be used for dispatch.
Once your tickets are received, it is your responsibility to verify all details. You must inform us of any discrepancies within two working days or before the event, whichever occurs sooner.
The Event Organiser and the venue of E-Summit IITR reserve the right to:
If the event is cancelled, postponed, suspended, or delayed for any reason, E-Summit IITR will not be liable for any loss caused by such changes.
It is your responsibility to check for event updates, including cancellations or date changes. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders once authorized by the Event Organiser, we do not guarantee that all attendees will receive notifications prior to the event date.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the organizing team explicitly allows refunds.
Most importantly, if a refund request is approved, the refund shall be initiated within 1 week of the date of application.
Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and Event Organiser. Any breach of these rules or any behavior that may cause harm, disturbance, or nuisance may result in removal from the venue. Security checks may also be conducted for safety purposes.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets. Neither the venue, the Event Organiser, nor E-Summit IITR shall be held liable for the loss of any personal belongings.
Certain ticket categories may have purchase limits per person, per card, or per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in violation of these limits without prior notice.
