Terms & Conditions

• The Campus Ambassador Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the prescribed program requirements.

• The Campus Ambassador position may be revoked if the ambassador fails to meet the required performance or conduct standards.

• More than one Campus Ambassador may be selected from the same college based on the requirements of the program.

• The “Campus Ambassador, E-Summit IIT Roorkee” designation must be used appropriately for all official purposes during the tenure.

• Points and rewards will be granted only for verified contributions and subject to the applicable program criteria.

• E-Summit IIT Roorkee reserves the right to modify program activities, timelines, rewards, or eligibility requirements when necessary.

• Registration data of Campus Ambassadors may be shared with official partners for relevant purposes.
